Marriage, couples, and individual counseling

All services (virtual or in-person) are $100 per hour. Insurance is not accepted, although HSA/FSA cards are for an extra 3$ fee. I can also provide a receipt for services that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Accepted forms of payment include Venmo, Zelle, credit or debit card (including HSA/FSA) for an extra 3$ fee.

Marriage & Couples Counseling

Therapy for marriages and relationships, including premarital and marital counseling. We will take a deep dive into the dynamics of your relationship, the problematic relational patterns that got you here. Next, we will work through the process of healing while also creating new, healthier patterns of relating. Specialties include affair recovery, lack of intimacy, communication issues, constant fighting, and the disconnected marriage.

Individual Counseling

Individual therapy for depression, anxiety, stress, familial issues, relationship issues, marital issues, addiction, mood disorders, post traumatic stress, history of abuse and/or neglect, and communication issues.  We will identify and address the roots of your distress to find clarity and relief. Specialties include anxiety and depression, trauma history, marital and family stress, loneliness, and relationship betterment.
